This is a must have. Cushions pressure points from laying in bed, (being sedentary) thus, preventing bedsores. Purchased for my elderly mom who is confined to bed or sits for long periods. Pressure points on her back get sore & is so painful; it prevents her from sleeping at night. With the Dynarex Dyinaderm Hdrocollide Foam; once it’s applied, eases pain and over time, allows affected area to heal.

Worked well for me. Is a 4" x 4" hydrocolloid front with foam backing sterile dressing that stays on very well (flexible) but still easy to remove when needed. On the box it says its for stage 2 wounds with medium absorbency. I've used the Dynaderm 2" x 2" dressing sold on amazon from Dynarex (not so much a foam backing but pure hydrocolloid) and it says on the box for stage 2, 3 and 4 wounds with low absorbency.

My husband uses another brand and I picked these up because they were on sale but they're nothing like the others in quality or - in my view - safety.These wouldn't adhere to the skin. We're tried putting a compression garment over it for the area it was needed because it says in the instructions to apply more pressure if it doesn't stick.Will that only half worked but in the wrong direction because the next morning it was falling off everywhere... Except the open wound. This was actually sticking to the wound.The other bandages will just peel right off and leave the wound alone. I don't know what the deal is with these but I'll never buy again.

It helps to clear up bed sores.

Note this product is super sticky and will pull skin off suggest you put barrier between this snd skin such as piece of non sticking gauze etc to keep from making wound worse.
