Good Stuff
This is a top quality powder. No off tastes or mixing issues. The real bag is nice as it is a more natual way to store and is easier to manipulate that all those aluminium and plastic bags the others come it.

Very hard to find product.
Trying to eat right for my blood type. This is about the only mushroom I can have.

Seems good.
I’ve been using it. I have not particularly noticed a benefit. Maitake is supposed to lower blood pressure. The only thing that helps mine is emotional hygiene. This powder seems to me to have a slightly burnt smell. I’ll probably try something else.

If you are looking for Maitake Mushroom Powder (as this product is labeled) for culinary purposes, please know this is not a culinary product. Rather it is meant as a nutritional supplement and is a chemically(?) extracted as it has a chemical flavor unsuitable for cooking.
