I was using another brand recommended by my aesthetician. But the price went up to $100 for the same quantity. Although the exfoliating beads are much smaller and slightly softer in this brand, it still does what I need it to and I can afford to keep using it. Love Neutrogena

I've used this for quite some time but got tired of inconsistent availability and pricing at CVS, and Rite-Aid.Amazon price is the best, consistent and arrives right away.Great gentle yet effective product for men and women and all ages.I'm 70 plus and it cleans and smooths my skin beautifully, and ready for moisturizers.

I absolutely LOVE this face wash! I have sensitive, acne prone, combination skin and I use this wash once every day before bed (I use a different, non-exfoliating wash in the morning, though you can definitely use this twice a day if you'd prefer) and follow up with a serum to treat and prevent acne, then my favorite cerave moisturizer and I absolutely swear by this routine. This wash is the best physical exfoliant I've found for the face. It's very very gentle on the skin and exfoliates just enough that your face feels smooth and refreshed afterwards, without being harsh or too strong. Honestly, it's not strong enough to use only once a week the way you should with most exfoliating products, but it's perfect for everyday use. I also have not felt the need to use any additional exfoliating products on my face while using this product. I highly recommend this face wash to anyone with similar skin type and concerns to mine!

My daughter likes the St. Ives cleanser, but at 47, with rosacea, that’s a hard no for me. I have had the olay anti aging cleanser and others, as well a cerave SA. It is most like the latter. First, it’s a great size since I don’t use a ton and it dispenses upside down, perfect for the shower. Second, it is not harsh at all but PERFECT for removing sunscreen, sweat and makeup. You don’t even need to double cleanse at all. Third, it is hydrating with glycerin, and despite saying it’s exfoliating, lactic and glycolic acids are way low on the ingredients. I think the little bit of grit is a nice touch, but not like st. Ives or micro beads or anything. Last, my husband and teen son use it, as it it gender friendly and easy to use, doesn’t burn eyes with menthol or anything. I will point out that a gel based moisturizer (Garnier) somehow tingle/ burns for 5 min on my chin afterwards, but I think that is because of propylene glycol, a penetration enhancer that drives my rosacea wild. But the cleanser is lovely and does not create a tight face following. The multipack is a good deal as well.

So, I paid 23.91 on Amazon for the 3-pack which is exactly what I would pay in the store for 3 of these, so the price was not any cheaper/more expensive - but I do get the perk of free delivery and saving a trip to the store!Neutrogena Hydroboost products have been a life saver! Everybody says they have oily skin, but they probably aren't getting enough moisture. The exfoliating cleanser is great and not too rough. I see someone else has noticed a scent, but I think that must be a bad batch. I've personally used 10+ bottles of this cleanser and am extremely sensitive to scent and haven't noticed anything off-putting at all.Pair this cleanser with the Neutrogena hydroboost hyaluronic moisturizer and your skin will feel absolutely amazing!

I’m a middle-aged guy, who has been moisturizing and caring for my skin for more than half my life. I first used Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost while staying at my mom’s during a recent visit (it just happened to be sitting on the ledge in the shower, so I used it) and loved the scent and the texture of this skin care product. So much so, I took a pic of it so I could order some once I got back home. I honestly didn’t remember anything about it until I was browsing my photo’s, and came upon the pic I took of it. I immediately ordered it, and love using it. For now, it’s the only face cleanser that I will purchase and use.
