Excellent tv
Picture is excellent. Find myself watching 4k uhd videos on YouTube to admire the sheer pixel perfect colours. The blacks are true blacks. Gaming on it is great. Better with ps5 but my series x matches with it perfectly. Sound is exceptional and its easy to use. I got 2 remotes but only use the Internet remote as the other with the numbers isn't for me. All in all a 10 out of 10. Worth the price tag for the quality you get. Would recommend it!

Simply stunning
Amazing picture quality even from a 1080p source, and 4K HDR is simply amazing!

Superb
Purchased an LG 55 inch led just 4 months ago and the picture was not good and the back lit failed within 2 months so decided to bite the bullet and buy an OLED from Sony and its a fantastic TV and sound is incredible but you get what you pay for in most cases, so if you are looking for a high quality TV then look no further.

All round excellent TV on everything apart from sound
Ever since that balls rolling down the hill advert a number of years ago I've had a bit of a soft spot for Bravia TVs. With my previous TV struggling a little I was therefore super excited about checking out this one from their latest range.Like a lot of modern TVs, a lot of time has been put into maximising the screen to surround ratio - helping it to look as sleek as possible. Hardware installation wise all you need to do is attach the feet, there are different options depending which way round you want the bars, plus a second height option if you want to have a soundbar underneath. With an additional mount you could also fit to the wall. Style wise overall, it looks well built and attractive. To the picture quality now and this is where this TV absolutely excels. The combination of technology used here has resulted in a great range of vivid colours plus deep blacks. The TV refreshes quickly and cleanly which makes it great not just for watching movies but also sports and gaming too.As TVs have got smaller and thinner, sound quality has often been the stumbling block. Sony have tried to work around it in this case with technology that aims to use the screen as a speaker. This sounds great on paper but in reality produces sound that while loud, lacks bass and depth and could be clearer. I quickly found myself plugging in the sound bar.For the controls and software, Sony have decided to lean pretty heavily on Google TV to support it in the main part. This works well, especially since they have decided to pair it with a remote that makes it easy to navigate and a processor that means each of the button presses is responsive as you move through the navigation. It's got all the apps you expect included, plus Freesat for Satellite and YouView for Digital TV, the latter of which is a nice addition but the software feels heavy at least compared with Google TV. Despite that, this is one of the best TVs I've used from a controls and software perspective.Overall this is a great TV - it looks great, the software works well and the picture is excellent.

Nooo! What have Sony done to the user interface?
I used to like the clean user interface (UI) with my previous Sony Bravia TV. But the interface with this new model is a bit of a mess. As you switch on you are confronted with a screen full of thumbnails of films above a row of sources: iPlayer, my Sky box, my YouView Box, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.- I always ignore the thumbnails and just press the "source" (box with line sticking out of the left) button on the remote.- Switching between sources is ok,. But my Sky box is just called "HDMI 2" and my BT YouView box is called "HDMI 3" - I'm sure Sony could do better, either by allowing me to name them, or by interrogating the box itself to get its type.- The remote control is simpler than the older Bravia one. Good- It does not appear to be possible to use TV speakers and bluetooth headphones **at the same time**.For me the UI is at least as important as the picture quality. I could not recommend this TV to a senior because the UI is too confusing. [Although, it's is still much better than the dreadful 90's MS DOS-style Samsung TV with its awful default settings that you have to undo.]So not sending it back, but Sony have really put me off buying from them again.

Amazing picture quality
I had an LGCX. The Sony is leaps ahead in picture quality especially with Netflix recommended setting and Sonys own Bravia core.
