I love it !! This things goes with me everywhere and I mean everywhere! I’m a private jet flight attendant and I literally carry it in my large handbag . It’s so compact and so easy to use . The battery last a long time and it’s got great power. No crumbs left behind!!

Great until part broke
I love this little vacuum. So much so I bought a second. Recently while trying to remove an attachment the spring release broke on the Botton of the dust cup. It's a cheap plastic part.. I've glued it but I'm hoping there is a way to replace the part. It would be great if customer service saw this post and responded but we all know what customer service is like in the current times. :/ Fingers crossed. they see this or I'm able to contact someone.

I love it!
I use this vacuum for my car, dust on the ceiling, dog food on the floor, any thing you can think of it picks up. The suction on it is amazing for suck a little thing.

Unhappy
Paid extra money for this hand vacuum because I believe you pay for quality, however, it has 2 ways to charge it, and after only 4 1/2 months, it won’t charge with either of the options. For the cost, expected it to last at least a year!

it stoped working first day
I set up the charging dock, charged the cleaner, took it off from the dock and vacuumed some dry dirt - pushed the button to turn it off - it didnt. So it was working for about ten minutes and then stopped. The green light went off - I put it on the dock to recharge. After 24 hours of recharging the green light was on when the cleaner is on the dock, but when it is taken in hand - the light goes off and the cleaner is dead - you can push the button many times but it never works. Tryied it with the USB cable - same effect - nothing.Just wasted money.
