Fantastic price and very good quality! There are a ton of small parts to make a complex cutting tool like this and everything was really nicely made. Heavy weight, sturdy and well built, the locking screws hold the width setting really well. I expect to be using these for decades to come.

I'm a professional baker, and I only use this for scoring bars and brownies before cutting them with a knife. It's okay, but not great. It's really tricky to get all the wheels the same distance apart, and it doesn't lock, so you have to have to be really careful. I tried to cut strips of dough for a lattice pie crust and wasn't even sharp enough for that. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because I do use it daily at work. It's a pain in the neck to use, but slight less of a pain in neck than measuring and scoring by hand. So, I guess it's not actually useless....

I like it - makes it easy to score for bars/brownies etc. Only problem is that the wheels are a little loose - that's what keeps it from a 5 star.

Came partially disassembled but that could have happened in shipping due to everything piece being adjustable

A must for anyone that works in a school where you have to cut uniform pieces of cake to prevent children from fighting over who gets the bigger piece.

You definitely get what you pay for. They're not high quality which I didn't mind since I'm not using them to actually cut stuff, just to mark and then cut with an actual knife. If you're looking to cut with exact precision, then this is not for you. The wheels are a bit wobbly so they are not 100% precise. And the screws get loose and fall off the wheels, I have already lost one so I only have 3 wheels on mine. So keep an eye on the screws.

I purchased this item to have perfectly sized cuts in my croissants, works like a charm. Simply set the size you want and adjust bolt to the appropriate size and apply even pressure across the tool while cutting.

I made bars; used product to score frosting both ways.....then cut it. Saw it on "farm meets girl" on food network, product used by Molly Yeh!!
