They grow!
We like our mung beans but can’t eat a lot at one time, and now we don’t have to buy a big bag of them and throw half away. Six days ad we have FRESH.

Great Organic Mung Beans
I have found a couple of rocks mixed in, but they are easy to spot when rinsing the mung beans. These mung beans are great for sprouting, for cooking in a rice cooker, and they taste great. I also love that they are organic.

Good source of protein
They have to be soaked. I soak them overnight and add them to yellow lentils.

Quick, Easy & Healthy!
Sprouting mung beans is easy and quick! In 3 days they are ready to eat and so nutritious and great to add to your salads! It does take some work to remove the hulls once the sprouts are ready to eat but worth the effort!

Pricey but good quality
I like this brand. The beans are fairly pricey in comparison to those available in the shops near me, but they are of very high quality, sprout well and taste great!

Great result the first time!
I rinsed 1/4 cup, soaked them for 24 hours, sprouted them in a jar with a cheese cloth cover, upside down to drain well, and rinsed them altleast 3 times a day with distilled or fresh bottled water (to prevent salmonella and bacteria grouth). The photo in the jar was after a 2 days, but I let them sprout in a dark cupboard for 4 or 5 days. They ALL SPROUTED. They are curly and short because they were crammed in a large jar. There are other methods that I shall try. This was my first time sprouting beans but I love sprouts in stir-fries. At the store: they are not cheap, they don't last long and I occasionally hear recalls because of salmonella. So, I decided to try my own. I'm sure you can find cheaper mung beans somewhere else, but I wanted to ensure I was buying a quality product with good reviews and I am not disappointed.

very high germination rate-you just know your doing it rite
of all the seeds I have tried these are most rewarding in terms of bang for your healthy dollar buck. they are the EASIEST to rinse the hulls off.
