Wish it had more pockets BUT...
Depending on why you bought this, there may be a learning curve to using it. Is it worth $170???MY USES/NEEDS:I work at a lab so I carry my typical "EDC"/"Office Stuff" with me all the time. I'm not packing lab coats and safety goggles in here. I needed a typical backpack for going to work but could pull double duty when traveling on weekends or overseas.CONS:I find it's lack of easily accessible storage through the top to be an issue since it only opens from one side to fold open (like luggage) rather than unzipping halfway down on either side like a standard backpack. The lack of a water bottle holder is also a bummer honestly. If you plan to use it as your daily driver, expect to either travel light or relearn how to use it like I did.PROS:Literally everything about this bag screams "quality". If you're well traveled, the above con doesn't apply to you and this bag is perfect for storing essentials like clothes, toiletries, etc.I'm able to store my most-used daily items in the front pocket and my laptop and tablet stow easily in the dedicated pocket. After some initial struggle, I have my less-used items in the main compartment attached to grid organizers so I can pull out the whole panel, find what I want, and put it back with ease. The bag feels good all over, very secure stitching, toggle points are great for hanging any extra gear, straps feel VERY comfortable and well made, fits snuggly against the back with a relatively low profile, handles on all sides are AMAZING to use, and the rain cover fits beautifully and looks just as good. The straps stow away very nicely which is gonna be awesome for carrying it around when I don't wear it on my back.CONCLUSION:I didn't want to like this bag...I was already unsure if I should've spent $170 on a freaking backpack when there were others that cost $60 that would do the job.The level of thought that went into it's design and the incredible quality is what's making me keep this bag. They're clearly designed to last a lifetime. Plus it looks AWESOME ngl.

Great for Petite Traveler
I can't say enough how much I love this bag. I am 5'2" with a short torso, and finding a backpack that fits properly is a challenge. This is just right. Lots of support with the chest and hip straps and the clamshell opening allowed me to use packing cubes and make efficient use of the space. It is expensive but in my opinion worth the investment as I have been able to use this for shorter trips as a carry-on bag and it fits under the seat in front of me if there is no overhead space. It held up well on a two week European tour and on multiple shorter trips between the east and west coast. It shows no sign of wear and is super comfortable to wear and walk around in. I hope to have this backpack for many years to come.

Best backpack!!!
Best backpack/travel bag I’ve had in probably a decade. Tons of pocket's, space, and zippers that actually make sense. I love the colors and the design. Worth every penny.

This is the best bag I’ve ever owned
This bag is like a endless hole, you can store so much stuff in it and still wear it comfortably, I would highly recommend this bag to friends, and family

Good for summer trips
Took this as a bag to carry on. Got the 28 and I loved how you don't really need a packing cube since the bag compresses your clothes for you. It's super durable and and the staps are good enough for long walks. The bad part is how heavy the bag is. Also every time I put on the backpack, it's easy to hit the buckles so that it releases the straps, so I would have to tighten it every time I put the bag on.

Perfect Size for Travel!
This backpack is the perfect size for short trips and counts as a personal item on most discount airlines. It fits under the seat. The compartments are well-designed, making it easy to stay organized, and it's comfortable to wear even when fully packed. Great for light travelers!!

Perfect Personal Item
Great for one bag travel. Fits perfectly under airplane seat. Perfect amount of storage for a weekend trip/a few days of travel. Only con so far is the zippers are a little stiff when fully packed, hard to close. Overall great bag.

Had a small defect.
I would have given a five star review, but the zipper was not sewn correctly and it gathers when zipped in the middle of the pack, which makes it hard to zip and close when it is full.
