I actually really like those faucets! I bought two of them for my bathroom. The style and quality are really nice. Grohe is a good brand. HOWEVER, one of the handles is showing signs of oxidation, which is NOT normal after such a short use (it happens sometimes, no big deal). I followed the amazon links to contact the sellers, but they can not help as they do not carry that faucet. She explain only Amazon has them in stock. Unfortunately, there is no working phone number to contact anybody on amazon to help!!! I am past the date for a return, but I need help to get the part changed! I dont even want the whole faucet changed, just the handle. Can someone in Amazon please contact me and help me get a replacement part?! I am feeling the frustration growing!

The spray nozzle on the faucet came already damaged, with water flow not running vertically down, but under an angle to vertical When I tried to remove and reinstall, I noticed that the thread was damaged Please send a new nozzle ASAP

I don’t have any issues with this faucet. It is perfect in every sense and deserves 5 stars. But I am giving 4 stars because it is very very expensive. The faucet is elegantly designed and looks very bice after it is fitted on the sink. Installing this faucet is not very easy of you are not a pro, don’t have basic knowledge about installation, and don’t have appropriate tools. The instructions are minimal and they are written for pros with minimal text. A detailed manual would have made it easy for novices like me to install. Finally, YouTube came to my rescue and I was able to install it after watching a few videos on YouTube. But all the work and frustration during installation were worth it and the faucet looks great after installation !!

I like this faucet quite a bit. It feels great to use, and feels like great quality materials that will last a long time. The cartridge is easily accessible in case you need to do maintenance or replace it in the future. Many parts of this are customizable as well. For instance, if you do not want it to swivel, or want to change how much it swivels, you can rotate the swivel bushing to a couple discrete conditions. If you want even more options, Grohe sells additional bushings with different angles. Or, if you want to change the water temperature range, you can also do that via the cartridge. Grohe finishes do clean up very nicely, and I don't expect this to be any different than what I expect from the brand. Installation is very straightforward for anyone who has ever changed a faucet before. You don't really need to read the directions, but it is helpful to do in order to see all the adjustments you can make. The instructions are mostly in diagram format and not much text. The quick-install bracket is quite nice and does speed installation. Just make sure you have the right socket on hand (13mm) plus some socket extensions so your socket wrench has clearance underneath your sink bowl. The installation nut on this faucet is a bit strange -- it is like a wide threaded nut where they drilled a larger hole slightly off axis. This allows you to push the nut through the majority of the threaded rod without actually turning it, then you straighten it out and engage the threads for the final tightening. I am sure it's not as strong as a full threaded nut, but I don't think the compromised nut strength is an issue for this application. Another nice touch I don't see many people mention is the adjustable aerator. You can push it around to change the angle the water is coming out of the faucet to customize it to your sink. An extra bonus is that this does come with the drain adapter and stopper. I was not expecting that, given how Grohe likes to charge for every accessory, but was pleasantly surprised to see it included!

This is a poorly designed faucet. There is a seam from the spout to the body of the faucet, so the spout moves not in a way that you want it to move. It’s loose. I’ve bought Grohe before and loved the product. This is not worth purchasing.

Nozzle at the head doesnt work well, im not happy with it at all.
