Mouth Guard

Due to teeth grinding, the dentist advised a guard to protect the teeth. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars, I searched Amazon to see what was out there. This product had great reviews at an extremely affordable price and I chose it. Honestly wasn't expecting much and thought I would surely mess up the process of fitting the guard to my teeth. The product arrived, very professionally packaged with 4 guards (2 large and 2 small). I have a small mouth and thought I would need the small size but as it turns out, the large fit perfectly. So including both the small and large sizes was ideal. The melding process was so fricking easy. I've been wearing it for about 2 weeks now and I no longer wake up with sore teeth. In fact, I'm not even sure if I grind anymore. I'm glad I picked this product and will order again when I need replacements. Go for it!

I was hesitate about this when I bought this product. This product is just as good as what a dentist would recommend to use. The quality is good, instructions are clear and easy to understand. I have used this now for several months and it has helped a lot with the pain and discomfort of clinching my teeth.

My husband and I both needed these. They keep our teeth from grinding at night. I will admit they are a one-size-fits-all so they are a bit uncomfortable to get used to for a second, but after you get used to that feeling of them being present in your mouth, they were great. Again, they are a "one size fits-all" so don't expect perfection. They do rub a little bit on my gums but, not everybody has the same mouth but this product is a pretty good job of adhering to comfort the best that it can and still be a "one size fits-all" kind of product. I love them so far. Tonight will be night #2! These did not have an effect on sleep comfort. I recommend them.

I am very please with this product. My dentist recommended that I get a night guard due to biting my tongue and grinding teeth in my sleep. I needed something right away and wasn't ready to spend a lot of money to see if a night guard would solve the problem. I ordered Dental Guard which came quickly with clear instructions for molding the guard to match my teeth. The package included two sets of molds. One was smaller than the other. Having two sizes to choose from helped to give me a more customized fit. I heated water in a microwavable glass cup and used a meat thermometer to make sure that the temperature was correct before using wooden spoons to submerge the mold in the water. Using the timer on my microwave I left the mold in for about 17 seconds. The instructions say no longer than 20. Gently picking the mold out and making sure that it wasn't too hot, I placed the mold in my mouth pressing with tongue and finger to get a tight fit. Once I had processed the upper mold proceeded to fit the lower. Both upper and lower molds work great. This is a great value for the money and easy to use.

It is easy to use and comfortable to use

I grind my teeth and the softness of this guard just leaves me with even more jaw pain in the morning — but does protect my teeth from grinding away.Definitely won’t buy again for my purposes, but it seems like it could be a decent mouth guard and the multiple sizes is nice to have.

Leí las instrucciones y traté de seguir al pie de la letra pero no me quedaba, la sentía grande y me molestaba , pero lo bueno que al ponerla en agua caliente la puedes volver a moldear, requeri cortar lo que me molestaba en garganta y ya me quedó perfecta, no se mueve y puedo hablar con ella puesta. La recomiendo !

It's perfect. If you are having issues such as drooling or something make sure you mold it properly.How I do it:1)Heat it up on the stove with a pot until water starts boiling(lots of bubbles).2)Take the pot out of the stove and let it rest(until the water settles, 30s-1min).3)Put the mouthguard in with a wooden spoon for 10-20 seconds(you will see that it starts to shrink).4)Don't let it shrink too much, Take it out as soon as you notice it start shrinking or moving.5)Let it rest for less than 5 seconds, get the water out so it doesn't burn your gum/teeth. Just grab the mouthguard and rotate it.6)Place the mouthguard in your mouth. Don't bite it. Instead just keep pressing the material against your teeth with your hands to get a good scrulpt. Everywhere around. Sides, underneath, back teeths. This is the most important part. Do it for 40 seconds fast. Then bite down to mold the last part of the mouthguard.7)You know you did it correctly if your mouthguard doesn't fall out of your teeth and you are able to talk. If it doesn't do either of these 2 things it will just fall off your mouth, gather drool, etc.Slept like a king with this. Thank you.

This mouthguard is very comfortable as it slim-fitting, easy to shape to your mouth, and best of all, actually helps with my grinding at night. Will buy again.
