Will this make my hair fall out?

I just want my hair wavy, not super curly. Can this product achieve those results?

It is best to avoid heat and use revert créme for curls, John Frieda or use a Brazilian straightning kit which requires heat use as heat to regular kits cause friziness and lowers retention overtime. You can also use hair wax or also a little curl milk first with it to seal ends then add curlers and put your dryer or diffuser on cool mode to set the curls. For anyone using this with natural hair that's what I do to keep my hair feeling like "white people" hair when it's damaged.

Should I put highlights in my hair before or after?

I’ve used this product for years both with color and without color in my hair the general rule I followed is wait two weeks before or after a treatment so highlight your hair then wait two weeks or use this product wait two weeks and highlight your hair. It’s pretty safe it’s not really like a chemical perm so you should be fine.
