Not awful but not professional quality
I have made candles for my own use and to sell for years. I ordinarily order from candle supply companies, but I wanted to make some tealights and couldn't find my tealight cups - if you saw my basement, you would understand. The mixed reviews on this one concerned me somewhat but I wanted them quickly (love Prime shipping) and figured I was experienced enough to compensate for any issues. I was right.I made a batch of paraffin/soy blend wax, scented it, and started filling tealights. I used my usual tealight cups with my usual wicks in some (yes, of course they turned up once I placed the order), this tealight cup with this wick, and this wick with my usual cup. In the photo, the cup on the left is from this order, the one on the right is my usual cup and a wick from this order. Notice the cup on the left is just slightly oval, that is from pouring the hot wax in it (and I keep it just barely hot enough to stay liquid while pouring). That has never happened with my candle-company tealights. It still fits in my tealight burner and is usable, but I would be afraid to pour really hot wax into it. It is hard to see in the photo, but when I studied both cups under bright light I could see that this cup was just a teeny bit thinner than my usual cups, which would certainly explain how hot wax deformed it. Like nearly all premade wicks, they are too long to use safely (which could explain the reviewer's experience who had the cups partially melt on her - common problem with a too-long wick even in my good quality cups) but I am used to trimming them before use. The wicks are a little smaller than what I usually use, but that is making the tealight burn longer and is still adequate for the flame to melt the candle. If you know what you are doing and need something in a hurry for your own use, these cups are usable. I would not use them for anything I expected to sell or gift, and I would not recommend them for beginners. The wicks, however, I may well buy again if the seller offers them separately. It's so much easier to drop a premade wick into the filled tealight cup than cut and tack my own wicks into tabs.

Dangerous!
Do not buy these. I had several catch fire, specifically the plastic part. I make candles and never had a problem in the past with any tealights other than these. The plastic consistently melts and/or catches fire. I would not buy again as they are hazardous!
