Bought this party/balloon package for my daughter’s Little Mermaid theme party and when I took the balloons to have them filled/blown up at party city both foil balloons were defective/had holes in them and they were no good to use. I lost out on money both times by already having paid party city to air fill them and they were no good but also not being able to return them because they had to be thrown away.

Everything came as described. Loved how the banner had the words cut in half and not singled letter. But I especially LOVED the cake topper!

These balloons are so cute. Well worth the price!

Everything was okay besides the little balloons. I mean, what is that?? Also smelled so bad (chemical smell) Unfortunately gonna throw out all the small balloons so let’s hope the big ones blow up without problem and everything else in tact.

Missing all the cupcake toppers and the two largest mermaid balloons had holes in them - couldn’t use them had to buy more.

The swirl hangers did not come together and there were no holes in them to add the characters to them or to add the hanger to even hang it! Colors looked like the banner got wet, Total waste of money. Very disappointing!
