Mini Portable Jet Pencil Pen Flame Torch Refill Butane Gas Fuel Welding Soldering Lighter

At first I was disappointed with this pen torch, but I have been enjoying using it lately. It helped with installing, auxiliary LED reverse lights, ignition killswitch, & 12 volt outlets. I still need to practice making my soldering cleaner but it makes short work of shrink tubing. Easy to operate with one hand (with a little practice), easy to adjust the flame, easy to turn off, & comfortable in my hand. Just wish it had a window or gauge to see how much fuel is left. Plastic housing is decent, but not the most robust. Great for hobbyist.

I’ve had one of this portable jet torches before,but now there are so many on the market I was literally scared to buy on again. But I did and it came and just as t remember it so be. Easy, comfortable in the hand, and a great product. I can’t speak to all the different makers but this one I lucked out again.

Good quality butane torch have used now for 24 days out of the past month using multiple times a day. Have not had any issue with torch pen. It would be nice if the internal butane tank had a bigger storage capacity and I wish that it came with some sort of cap to protect the torch tip. Besides that for the price this torch is a good value for what you get. Have not dropped torch but it feels rugged enough to survive a drop on the ground.

I had to run out to buy fuel. Never had to pre fill a lighter before use before. Tried to turn it on, neither the lighter or the torch turned on. Tried two different new -from-box batteries and neither made a difference. Very chinsey general feel. Im unable to return it because my spouse, trying to clean, disposed of my packaging. Do not waste your money!

cheaply made but works update! it fell apart! legit just fell into pieces, higley dangerous in my opinion

It works great but you have to put it on torch and turn it on before flame and it runs out of fluid quick but that’s because it doesn’t turn off right away when you switch the button to off

Do not use this for dabs. Even on the highest setting, it takes forever to light your tool up to the proper temp. I use it to light my actual torch now. Fyi it doesnt ignite on the regular lighter setting, and that whole feature has limited range in flame size. It goes out completely when the regular flame setting is turned up too high or low, and then you have to turn it back to torch to light it, then back to regular lighter. Really not a great lighter.

I use this torch several times each day and unlike others it has not let me down on the work bench. The fuel cell lasts longer than most other brands I have used and the flame is consistently even.

Big fan, I had one of these about 8 yrs ago until some krakka lifted it, so glad I'm back in sync with my #503GasTorch woohoo !!!
