Q: Is this brush good for thick hair?

I have shoulder length curly hair that is crazy in humidity. It used to be very thick but has thinned some as I’ve gotten older. I got this brush on the hopes that it would help with the amount of tearing that the standard plastic types were doing to my hair. It has plus my scalp is getting a great massage. I wish I could explain it but it just feels good on my scalp. I got one for my daughter who has super thick long wavy hair but she hasn’t gotten it yet so I can’t answer for her. Hope this helps.

brushing your hair while wet with something like this is actually bad for it since your hair strands are in their most vulnerable state. wet hair is more prone to breakage. i use a wide toothed wooden comb on my hair after i shower to get the tangles out, since its more gentle on your hair, then let it air dry and use this brush on it. i have long-thick wavy hair with some slight curls in the front and i love using this brush

Q: How long is the warranty?How should I do if there is some issues with the hairbrush?

I did not get a warranty. Since I purchased the hairbrush and comb, I have found them to be built very sturdy. As far as a return, check with Amazon, I believe if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it, but I do not know the time period for return. Sincerely, Jack

I feel it untangles my hair without damaging it. It is soft on my hair while it still does the job and I get to keep the shine as well.
