After 11 months of quality ice production, the computer screen malfunctioned and the unit quit working. When the Cotlin representative was contacted they agreed to send an entire new upper ice making unit. Installation is relatively easy with 2 people- 98 lbs. Now installed, we have plenty of ice again.

Bought ice maker in November of 2022. Worked great For 8 months. While it did work the only issue was it had a lot of condensation and constantly dripped water. But now it’s not making ice. Have a service guy looking into it but he’s telling me it’s hard to find parts due to being Chinese made.

The ice quality was bad, so I ask for support, the seller helped me right away and solved the problem for me. Now the ice maker works very well with high-quality ice! Highly recommend!

it has been installed for a week after i got this ice machine!the installation is easier than i thought. it comes with all the pipes needed to connect the water and the outlet as well. and the filter comes with the package too. Very neat! Save me a lot of time!thereis a digital screen at the front top, it shows how many minutes for the next panel of ice. let it sit a night, you will get a full bin!

Do Not buy this Ice Machine!! Bought new less than 2 years ago. Only used 6 months in the summer of first year, summer of second year started giving us fits. Now machine has completely failed before 2 year old and non-repairable. Company says it only has 1 year warranty on it and nothing they can do. Should have received more use out of it for what the machine costs.

The media could not be loaded.  This equipment comes in 2 different packages that arrived on the same day. The machine is easy to set up, with a small LED screen that you can assess the settings to. You can choose the thickness of the ice cubes that you want the machine to make. The machine runs great so far doesn’t make much noise. Just a heads up that this ice machine is 110W.

Makes a LOT of ice quickly. Love it! But… we have water running down the side occasionally. It worried some of the kitchen team, so they turned the machine off. We have it back on, but it just gets a little drippy from time to time.

We bought this in July of 2022 and it has been down more than it has worked. Can't find anyone to work on it. .Fans have been replace at least 3 times now. This keeps the machine from producing ice. We are down again because the fans aren't working. Our organization has to constantly run for ice because this ice maker isn't working. Extremely disappointed that we spent this kind of money on a machine that doesn't work right.
