WILLIAMS BROTHERS 32526 1/32 Gee Bee Z Super Sportster WBRS3226

I have the Williams Bros 1/32 Gee Bee Z Racer kit number 32-426.The pros:Interesting subject matter, a very unique airplane model.The radial engine has lots of details.Nice scale size.The decals look good.The Cons:Lots of flash to remove.Parts are so tightly molded to the sprues that great care must be taken to cut them off without breaking them.Many parts are poorly molded; some parts that have two halfs to them, have one side slightly smaller than the other side, so lining them up and gluing can be a challenge.The building instructions are terrible, just really hard to understand and for some parts assemble, there are no clear directions.Conclusion:A simple model in that there are not too many parts, but a hard model in that many parts have been molded poorly.A experienced modeler should have the skills to build this and have a nice finished product. A beginner or someone with minimal experience should not attempt it.My suggestion is that if you want to build one of these classic racers, go with another company.
