I can't fault the Coconut Almond Altas Protein Bar for its healthy ingredients. These are no doubt good for you and I love the inclusion of Ashwagandha. 15g of protein is substantial and there is only 1g of sugar and 3g net carbs.However, both my wife and I find them ...unsatisfying. The first bite and initial chews are promising, but then for some reason the flavor just falls apart and I need another bite to try and recapture that initial goodness. The same thing happens though and finishing the bar is an unrewarding experience. I'm left still wanting more of something, and usually I find most protein bars filling and satisfying.As I said, I can't fault the Atlas Bar's nutritional profile and others may like it more. We didn't though. Perhaps the chocolate would be better? Also, it is priced accordingly to its KETO labeling, if that makes a difference.Made in the USA~ Kort

Price is high for only 10 bars. Bars are small. Taste is ok, chewy not crunchy.

This is my favorite bar so far...have one every day! Really like the texture and the fact that it's plant-based.

The previous bars (Coconut Almond) were more condensed, and more carmal like very satisfying yummy, you had a good thing, for whatever reason you went ahead and made it worse! wow me No Likie, why.....why.....? You actually think you improved these, even the old packaging has been cheapened, all I can say is Refund

I purchased one at a convenience store and found it to be a palatable meal replacement bar. So I then order a box of the same from Amazon. This time the bar was dry, crumbling and worse than tasteless. They were not, by the way, expired. I threw the box away and will not be purchasing any Atlas bars going forward.

It can be touch and go when it comes to trying a new flavor of health bar. I have my old favorites, so I wasn't sure about this one.To my surprise, I actually like it very much. Perhaps not as much as my absolute favorite, but it does have just a little more protein, so you have to weigh it all out.Nice coconut flavor, and is quite good with a cup of coffee.

YOU NEED TO UPDATE THE INGREDIENTS LIST TO INCLUDE SOY! The old ingredients specifically say NO SOY. But the NEW INGREDIENTS INCLUDE SOY! If you are allergic to soy, like me, this is a major problem. That means the “new look” they say in their advertisements is not just a new look. It also includes new ingredients. Buyer beware!

Yummy and good for you. This is the best protein nutrition bar that I have tasted. The bar appears to be loaded with good stuff. Rice, almond and pea protein in the bar, which gives you 15 grams of protein. Even the little bit of salt they use is a preferred Himalayan Pink salt.When I opened the bar, I thought it might be one of those super hard or dense bars that you dread eating. It was not. It was easy to chew and was not sticky.I was pleasantly surprised with my first taste. It was so good. I really like the flavor profile. They mixed the ingredients just right to get a slightly sweet and interesting flavor. Remember there is no added sugar, so that is good.I like the packaging. The packaging of the individual bars is easy to open. The ten bars are neatly laid in a box. The note in the box and the description on the bars are very friendly and welcoming.It looks like each bar is almost $3 a bar. That seems a bit high in price. But it is still an excellent bar, if you want to pay for the convenience.
