Product was as advertised. Installation instructions were perfect and easy to follow. It took less than 5 minutes to install. Appreciated the inclusion of a disposal bag for the used box. Beginning to end was outstanding.

The replacement of the maintenance box (which absorbs excess ink) was very easy to do: loosen one screw on the back of the printer, remove the cover, pull out the used maintenance box (carefully), install the new maintenance box, reattach the cover and tighten the screw. Then your Epson EcoTank printer's life is extended. We had been using our 4760 for about 3 years (and using three or four sets of ink bottles in that time) before the "maintenance box" error appeared. When that message appears, the printer stops working until the box is replaced. We had to shut the printer for 9 days until the Amazon order arrived (to Hawaii), and when it did, I installed the box right away. Then I printed a document and the 4760 printed without a flaw. The Intactech order included two maintenance boxes for our printer, along with instructions inside the box and also printed on the outside of the box, and included two ziploc-type plastic bags to store the used maintenance box. Be careful not to touch the opening at the top of the used maintenance box, where all the excess ink goes in.

I received this very quickly, which is appreciated. When they say to "carefully remove the old container", they are no joking, it was a messy business. Luckily, they not only gave me a zip lock bag to dispose of the old container, but plastic gloves to put on as well. I had not thought about gloves and would have had black hands for a week, had they not provided them. It was easy to install (despite the mess). I love this printer (Epson ET-4750) so I'm happy to extend it's life any way possible.

UPDATE: I gave these 1 Star when I wrote my original review. I was going to return them, but my tenacity made me go online and Google everything I could find on how to use these replacement Ink Maintenance Boxes. Well, I found a guy on YouTube who knew exactly how to use these and gave a great tutorial, including how to "RESET" my Epson ET-2760. It did cost me an extra $9.99 to get the "KEY" to reset my printers Ink Maintenance count, plus I sent the guy $10.00, because he saved me from buying a new printer. Epson wanted me to package up the whole thing and send it back to them to fix...I laughed so hard! Anyway, these Ink Maintenance Boxes do work. After I figured out how to reset things, I decided to do this update to my review. I would have given them 5 Stars, but I was disappointed that they didn't include a note on their page that you will have to figure out how to reset your printer after you change the box. These come with a "Chip," but my Epson printer doesn't use a "Chip," so the chip was worthless. My printer is back up and working now.Even though it says it's for my Epson ET-2760, it doesn't work. I took out my old one, put in this one and nothing. My printer was still flashing and telling me the ink pad needs service. Returning for full refund!
