Value set with good quality
I was unsure of these brushes but found them to be a good quality for the money. They hold their shape well and are an assortment of sizes which makes this a great choice for new painters.

not just for beginners.
I love these brushes - they hold a good amount of water and have nice thin tips for details. only a small amount of shedding which can be can be bothersome but all in all I am happy with them. I would definitley recommend.

Good, not great. Note rounds are not pointy
Good quality sable brushes. Soft with good snap, holds a lot of water, releases predictably. The rounds do not come to a sharp point that permit very fine lines. They more a softer rounded dome with a more subtle point. Not ideal for my style of painting (detailed botanicals) but can be used for washes.

Good value animal hair brushes for watercolor
I use these for watercolor painting. So far, no problems with losing hair strands when using them. Goog water retention and not too floppy.

Okay for kids, beginners
They're fine for the price point. The largest round shedded from day 1. The others have not. Hard to create a fine point on any of the rounds. For kids, or if you're just getting into watercolors as an adult and aren't sure yet if you'll stick with it, these are fine. I'll be upgrading within the month and passing them on.

Really works for me
This set is a great buy for sable brushes. Have not used long but initially are maintaining point when painting & holds lots of paint. Seem sturdy, with 5 rd--16, 14, 12, 8 ,4......2 flat--16 & 8...1 rigger/liners --0 . Not necessary for beginner but excellent price. However, am afraid I would not recommend them for beginners, who could be prone to try lots of new things, especially using their brushes to scrub, etc. This would ruin these sable brushes.

These are really good. They hold a lot of liquid and are a great price. Quality is good. No loose hairs, great spring and control, finish is perfect. I recommend them

Un poco duros
Yo los noto algo duros comparados con mis pinceles de marta. Para mí está bien porque yo los voy a usar en mi taller y no para acuarelas. Pero no estoy seguro si se compran para pintar.
