May work for you but I have it at 99, plugged in with the gel and it is not really a powerful sensation. A decent level should start at 50 but I feel nothing. The handheld unit with individual pads works quite well.

Maybe I just got a bad one (how can I know?), but it's supposedly got 99 levels of vibration and yet it was only at level 50 that I started to feel even the tiniest sense of vibration. Bit odd I thought, but presumably it ramps up from there. Nope. Even at level 99, it was only slightly more intense than at 50. I've got a bigger buzz from my cat licking my toes. If it didn't work at all, it would be very obviously faulty, but the fact is it does work, but at a pathetically low level of massage. (Which still doesn't rule out some sort of circuit board fault, but as I say, how can I know?) Returned for refund.

Only had it for a week, but noticing a slight difference already. Distance walking has increased slightly, and lower leg recovery time is slightly less. Interested in how things are in another 5 weeks.

These machines have been a god send got one for myself and my late wife and it was tremendously helpful for our various aches and pains and helped us walk further than we could before its use.Bought a second one for my nephew who has aggressive M.S and it has transformed his life he uses it for 30 minutes every day and he moves a lot easier with less pain than before.If anyone else in my family ever needs this I will have no hesitation in recommending it to them.
