Awesome Purchase!
Got this amazing computer on an Amazon Sale about a month ago. This thing is shear power at a Great price. I was sourcing to build my on system as I could not find the specs I wanted at a reasonable price. I sourced out the components for this system and stopped when it went past $1200 as it cost me under $1000 and I didn't have to put it together and sort out all those problems.Shipping was reasonable and packaged well. Setup was a breeze and it was up and running in less than 1/2 hour. Even Win 10 didn't take long as I expected. The only other thing I wanted was an ssd to speed things up but this thing boots pretty fast and guess what. The board has a slot for a place for a ssd.Expansion options are many as it is a good size case with plenty of fans and it is sorta pretty with all the LEDs. Haven't figured out how to change the colors or if it is even possible but there are plenty of lights so don't plan on sleeping near it.The only negative is MSI will not register my motherboard for some reason. The mouse and key board are good, not like the junk usally added to a computer - Gaming quality. The people at Cyperpower really integrated the components extremely well. And they did very good workmanship. The system is suppose to be VR ready what ever that means. But for gaming and video this thing rocks. The CPU is a 8 core the graphics card has to be seen to appreciate.

Running Strong Since 2017
Bought almost two years ago, and wanted to wait to give a review after I put some wear on the system (so this review is really more about CYBERPOWERPC).When I purchased it, it was a quick buy to replace the custom-built system I had been running for seven years that suddenly died on me. I was honestly fairly hesitant to purchase an out-of-the-box system, especially from a company I wasn't familiar with.Let me just say that I am officially a fan of CYBERPOWERPC by this point. For a fraction of what I paid for my previous boutique build, a computer that was at least twice as good and 10x more beautiful was delivered to me. If you are looking at updating or getting your first gaming PC but don't want to strain your budget too much, you really can't do any better than an offering from CYBERPOWERPC.To be completely transparent, this review only gets four stars (really 4.5) because of three issues of note that I have had to deal with in the past two years:1. The BIOS on the system was flawed and out of date. I don't blame CYBERPOWERPC for this, since the hardware at the time was brand-spankin'-new and most likely assembled and boxed before the motherboard manufacturer put out the update. While it didn't keep the computer from running when I got it, there were some quirks about it that weren't solved until I downloaded the update and flashed the BIOS myself. This is not the kind of task for someone unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the deeper workings of computers.2. The included keyboard is not well-constructed. While it's hard to complain about a "free" keyboard, this thing has always had issues with the left ALT key. For the past several months, I've been dealing with increasing issues regarding the right Shift key. On top of that, the keyboard was advertised as having colored lighting, but no directions came explaining how to change the lighting mode (had to look that up online). To be fair, things may have improved by this point, or I could have just gotten a bad one that slipped through QC.3. The rear 120mm chassis fan has been rattling on startup for the past several months. While it will get quieter after about five minutes, the loudness has been getting worse. This is a sign that the bearings and shaft in the fan are wearing out and means I need to replace the fan before it just dies on me. Not an expensive part to replace, but facing this problem in less than two years means that part in particular is rather shoddy. All in all, I still give a strong recommendation of CYBERPOWERPC to anyone looking for a new system. If my future budget won't allow me to go for one of their boutique builds when it's time to replace this system, I certainly won't have a problem buying their latest out-of-the box offering. For the PC gamer trying to get the most for what they can afford, CYBERPOWERPC truly doesn't disappoint.

Quality! Lots of bang for your buck.
In our household we get a new computer every 6 years whether we need one or not, because we are doing our part to make America great again. In 2011 we purchased a mid-grade gaming computer and since then our daughter needs a desktop computer instead of her laptop. We spent a lot of time researching CPU, RAM, video cards and various other components. We were leaning towards building our own, however in our search of pricing the components we found this particular computer had everything we were looking for and even cheaper than the one we were going to build. As teenagers go, our daughter thought it was a no brainier to get the cheaper one, plus the fact it was already built so it will be ready to go. We were impressed by how fast it arrived, our amazement continued with the ease and neatness of the cable management. This is the quietest computer we have ever had, even though it has 8 fans to keep everything cool. The visual effects of the lighted case are awesome! There is only one negative, there was no Windows manual so my husband has no bathroom reading material, but that has nothing to do with the computer. We love the new computer!

Would be great if the computer turned back on.
This computer has some excellent specs however my issues with this product we're pretty frequent. When I first purchansed the item a couple of the buttons weren't cut to size so they would be held down stuck in the machine which requires some fiddling with before becoming unstuck. Now on the more extreme side, both my original purchase and replacement had issues with turning on the computer. To add some context the computer itself and all fans would turn on just fine but the computer itself would not boot in both cases, received some tech support from CyberpowerPC themselves to no help. All the answers they gave could've been done with your standard Google search. Thankfully Amazon customer support was very accommodating & helpful through the whole process and I ended up returning the item. I'm relatively sure while looking at all the other positive reviews on this product that this case is definitely a rare one but nonetheless after going through 2 of these within 30 days is pretty outrageous. After this experience I'm going to go ahead an invest a little more money on a well known brand rather than sit on the phone for 30+ minutes with CyberpowerPC and have little to no support whatsoever. Thank you Amazon for granting the privilege of being able to try out a new brand without making myself feel at risk of losing $1000 to be disappointed.
