I recently just started working out at 5 AM in the morning and I was extremely tired. This pre-work not only gives me the energy that is needed, but I am able to not feel the effects of an energy drink (jitters), which is a plus. It literally makes you feel like you’ve had a full night of rest. Will be buying this again!!

It's been an eyes that I've been using those products to help me with energy while exercising.I usually had the strawberry flavor and I loved it! But woow, the grape flavor is a game changer! It's amazing and it feels like a juice that will keep you going during your train session! It's exactly what I needed it!

I've taken a lot of preworkouts over the last 2 decades and Amino energy is easily one of my favorites. The flavors are great, and I like the fact that this doesn't have any Niacin or Aspartame. The caffeine levels can be adjusted as 1 scoop typically has 50mg of caffeine so i'll take anywhere from 2 scoops to 4 scoops depending on time of day so it doesn't mess with my sleep. You can go through a tub fairly quick if taking 4 scoops at a time so that is one drawback if you're looking for something with higher caffeine content which is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars, and it doesn't always dissolve 100% even though it mixes decently well with water. Overall a great product with a ton of flavor options.

This is hands down the best flavor of them all. This dissolves very easily into cold water. After I had mono I was extremely tired, this drink gave me a good energy boost

My sons and I have been using this product for years now, and it really helps get us through the tough workouts. I also take it if I need to stay up late at night and don't want to drink coffee. I recommend taking it at least 30 minutes before workout. My only dislike is they still make it with dyes, other than that I love it
