Love the look and size of this drain

We installed these linear drains last year for a seamless look for the open shower in our newly-remodeled bathroom. (See photo.) Upon unpacking, it's obvious that the grates are of the highest quality. The installtion kit is complete and the documentation thorough and easy to follow. Installed, they look and work great (or should I say "grate?").When we pulled the grates a year later for cleaning, we discovered that the channel had narrowed a bit, making the grates hard to remove. This was not the fault of the drain; we probably packed the channel too tightly when we set it in. We called Infinity Drain and they asked us to ship the grates to them and they would see what they could do to narrow them a bit. Well, we just got them back and they're perfect, and they didn't even charge us. Now THAT is exceptional customer support!Superior product; great support. What more could you ask for? If you're in the market for linear drains, these are the ones you want.
