You can feel the quality, a thick solid leather belt that will last years. I ordered XXXL due to the reports of them being smaller than actual size. I have a 42" waist and can get the belt on 2nd last hole (inside) which means if I loose weight (which I hope too) I may have to add extra holes. I think XXL would be a better fit.Update: ordered an XXL and it fits perfectly. Again delivery next day (like first one) and both well packed and in pristine condition.Only negative was Amazon Returns have changed their process and the Post Office wouldn't accept my return for another 3 days because they aren't live on the system yet.! Even though I was sent a QR code for that post office.!!!

Using the belt as secondary belt over my soft neoprene belt for when doing Dead Lifts and Squats and generally lower back heavy exercises with heavy weight.Would recommend the belt as it's good value and quality.

The product arrived like it had literally been found in the bin somewhere covered in mud and dust, not sure if the picture picks it up that well, it's also not even close to fitting true to size, I'm a 42 waist and ordered the XXL and it doesn't even go close to fitting me, overall disappointing experience, the lifting straps that came with it however are perfect which if anything makes it even more disappointing

good belt with plenty of support but the sizing is poor. I ordered a medium which was too small then a large which did fit but was almost too big.
