Wasabi always a go to non-OEM battery
Absolutely perfect, have used Wasabi in multiple cameras from top end to pocket for many years and they never disappoint. 100% recommended A++

Not as good as Canon
These batteries work fairly well but are not close to the latest Canon version that is rapid discharge and gives me 15fps. This battery is probably around 8-10fps on my R7. When shooting sports, go with the Canon. For portraits and scenery, this battery will work great.

Excellent batteries
I've been buying Wasabi power camera batteries for years. I've had 3 Canon DSLRs and bought extra batteries from Wasabi every time. Absolutely no complaints and they are just as good as Canon

Doesn't power on my Canon 70D - Updated (works)
UPDATE: 6/5/2014Shortly after I submitted this review I was contacted by Blue Nook (I had submitted a message directly to the seller), they were surprised to learn that I was having problems. After a quick consultation with their technician they concluded that a firmware update had caused an incompatibility between some of their older stock batteries and the new firmware. Blue Nook sent out replacement batteries which are working perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the customer service provided, so much so that even though I really don't need any extra batteries at this time, I'm considering ordering a couple more just to support a company that puts it's customers first.I purchased these batteries for my brand new Canon 70D, I've used other 3rd party batteries before in my Canon 40D with good results (generally they have a shorter usable lifespan than OEM batts, but I expect that and the lower price makes up for it), so I was expecting that I'd have a similar positive experience with the Wasabi batteries for the 70D, but neither of the two batteries will even power on the LCD display on the camera. I charged both batteries on the included charger until the green "Charged" light illuminated prior to attempting to use them in the camera. Popping the OEM battery in the camera powers it right up. It appears that Canon has gotten fancy with the newer batteries by including circuitry to better measure the battery capacity, so maybe there's some incompatibility.I was really looking forward to these working and based on the positive reviews, I felt pretty comfortable placing the order. Not really sure what my next step should be here, I guess I need to contact the seller and see if they have any idea why neither battery is working as expected.Just a side note, the included battery charger is actually pretty nice, and the fact that it can work with the included car charger is a nice touch, unfortunately if the batteries themselves don't work in the camera little benefits like car charging aren't much help.

So far...
Only had these for a week, and only two uses. However, one was for a wedding for a couple I've known for a long time. The groom has served in the US Army for more than a decade and is a childhood friend, so this was super important to me personally. The first battery I threw in and tested (for the rehearsal dinner) was the Wasabi, not the Canon OEM. I walked away that night with about 500 shots (wanted to put the battery thru a little stress test) and walked away with a "full" indicator on the battery (4 bars on my Canon 6D), by the time I got home, it had dropped to 3/4 bars.I charged it, and decided to use it for the ceremony, keeping my trusty Canon OEM in my pocket for a quick switch if needed. The Canon stayed in my pocket...for 1300 shots, and the Wasabi battery was still at 3/4 bars (but I suspect it would soon drop to 2/4 bc the 6D said it was around 60% or something like that)! I swapped out for my Canon OEM battery and used that for the remainder of the night, but I couldn't tell a difference between the OEM and 3rd party Wasabi. The Wasabi may get more shots actually...Anyway, once I pick up a battery grip for the 6D, I'll be picking up at least 2 more of these assuming the current ones don't do anything crazy in the meantime, but I have no reason to suspect they will. (I'll update if they do).My Setup for the wedding (or the portions relevant to the battery usage):Canon 6D (Old and new firmware seems to work just fine)24-70 f2.870-200 f2.8Canon 430EX II (used almost exclusively at night...didn't use during ceremony, it was outside, in relatively good lighting)PROS:Battery life SEEMS to be as good/a little better than Canon OEMWorks with old and new firmware20% of the price....2 new OEM run roughly $100 on Amazon vs $20Charger works...actually kind of surprised me, I had several not work in the past.Comes with Euro adapter if need be.CONS:Ummm...I guess TBD, but for now, none!
