I bought 2 of these great little zoom controllers .. fantastic little units for the price .. great value!! .. they work flawlessly.. highly recommended if you want an inexpensive little LANC controller..

I have to tell you I've probably bought 6 of these units over the years, and yes, I've been using them for years with our handi-cams in live production. If I add up all I've spent, it still barely comes up to one of the higher-priced zoom controllers.My staff loves them because these units are the closest I've come to the actual zoom controls on studio cameras costing thousands, seriously. The smoothness of the zoom and easy speed control with just your thumb are exemplary, plus you can secure them to any tripod arm, either left or right, and adjust them to just where you want them for maximum comfort. You can't even do that with the big professional studio camera zoom controls.One caveat, my friend, on a couple of occasions over the years the connection to the camera has come up unreliable and I've had to switch one out before a show, but these units are so inexpensive shelf spares are an easy choice. So if you need one, buy two.......you're still ahead of the game by a mile!

No issue using with my Panasonic HC-X2000 camcorder, anything similar costs 5x more

Works for both my Blackmagic Studio Camera HD and for my Panasonic AG-HMC-150P Not the sturdiest thing I've ever bought but it works
