Hitec/RCD HS-40 Economy Nano Servo

I had to replace both servos in a mini flying wing, the original servos were no longer made,. These work great and were easy to install. Also it was easy to adjust them in my Spectrum DX6E radio. I'm using them with a new Spectrum AR410 4 channel receiver, which has the benefit of having no antenna wire that can get damaged.

In my experience, the Hitec servos have been more reliable and longer-lasting than some of the cheaper alternatives, and since a servo failure can easily destroy an airplane, I'm gradually replacing my Hxt-500s and similar servos with HS-40s. The HS-40s that I've weighed are 5.1 gm each, including wire and servo arm. I typically use them on tail surfaces on 50W aerobatic aircraft, and I'd be comfortable using one of these to drive one aileron on a 50W airplane or both ailerons on a 25W airplane.

These lightweight Hi-Tech servos are the best that I have come across.

hitech is still has some of the best values on the market today. This servo is small and compact with good solid torque for mini aircraft and other small applications where space and weight are a concern.

I liked the compactness. Nano servos pack the torque of the feather weight models.

Got this for a component for a Christmas present. Great value for how much it costs. Would recommend it to someone who was looking for a component like this!

This is a really small servo but with that it has no power at all. It is inexpensive so if you have something that requires movement without any torque these might do. Otherwise a waste of money.

紙袋で送られてきたのだが、明らかに外箱が潰れ全周にわたってサーボ収納部分に割れ。 明らかに外力がかかっているのでこれから返金対応してもらう。 どうでもいいものをしっかりとした箱で送ってくるのに、こういった精密機器は適当だなんて、教育どうなってんの? 返品したものが、再度売り物として利用されないよう願うばかりです。 （いくつか他にも別で注文したんだけど、紙袋で送られてきたのは全部幾分か潰れている。返金か交換か悩み中）
