what is the density of the foam ?

It is quite firm with just a little give to it.

Not one of the pillows like this has an answer, will this pillow stop my arms from going numb while I sleep?

That's actually the reason I bought this pillow. I have tendinitis in my wrist/ thumb and used to sleep on my side with my hand under my pillow. I would wake up and it would be tingly, stiff, and sore. I don't put my hand under the pillow with this so it has been beneficial for me. I know everyone has different preferences but this is the best pillow I have found for myself.

Is the whole pillow memory foam or just the neck support ?

It’s memory form and has been very good at relieving stuff neck

Where can I purchase additional pillowcases?

I don't see that you can contact the seller through Amazon. I'd call Amazon customer service and ask them if they can ask the seller. If not, a regular pillow case fits the pillow. It doesn't show the shape of the pillow but works just as well. It's what I do.
