Best planner I've tried so far, very good layout; a couple easy improvements needed to make it 100%
I've been on a quest to find the best planner for me. This layout almost is perfect - and so far its better than any of the others. I like the page per week vs the page per day format - I just couldn't keep up with detailed journaling to take up an entire page with the others. The "6 month goals" section is good to get a handle on a plan for the next 2 quarters. It has enough long term planning sections, but not too many, and the weekly layout is the best (for me) that I've seen. Notes section, gratitude, habit tracker, sleep, priorities laid out exactly how I would do it (Work, Home, Friends, Projects) and a "not to do" list - more people should do this. Enough but not to many open notes pages so this can be your all inclusive daily diary too. I used to have to carry two planners (schedule & diary) around; no more.Improvements I'd like: stronger elastic to hold it closed - the one they have is too weak; an elastic pen holder in the binder, 9 1/4 " x 6" size (the two sizes available are a little too big and a little too small), and a hard cover so that it holds up over the six months that it supports.

This is as good as it gets (for me)...but I still could have a little more
I was on the fence about this planner, but in the end, I decided to keep it. I ordered 4 planners and this is the one I will keep. For my purposes, it is close to perfect, but I do wish they had gone the extra mile in certain areas (see below). Also, there is a typo on one of the first pages, which left me scratching my head ("Bukcet List" instead of "Bucket List" on page 4. No one is perfect, but I do expect a little more from a professionally printed book).Since we all look for planners for different reasons and with different priorities, I'll tell you mine...I wanted something to help set and achieve short term and longer term goals with a way to track progress on a daily basis. I am in transition mode, starting a new business, but still having all the family/life duties. In order to find more time in my day, I know I need to establish better productivity habits, keep inspiration and reward myself of achievements. I keep my daily schedule/calendar online, so I wanted a physical planner that deemphasized hourly schedules. Ideally, there would be a lot of space for To-Do lists.I had a hard time finding something that bridged goal / habit setting with To-Do lists, so I decided I might need to supplement the planner with a separate To-Do list page/sticky note. The pros of this planner:The thing I love most about this planner is that it has great organization on the page. It breaks out To-Dos into Work/Career, Home, Friends and Projects. There is a section called "To Buy" and a small box for "Not To Do List." I found this "Not To Do List" title funny, but also helpful and open ended. You could make it really anything. It's just the right size to pick one thing to stop doing for the week. It also has a "Sleep Tracker" section. Important for me because I have trouble sleeping. There is a brief inspirational quote in this section. There is a "Self-Care" by week and a separate "Habits" section with daily check box. There is even a small section for Notes and a way to keep track of meals for the day and water consumption.SO, there is a LOT going on for each undated weekly 2-pages. I love the faint gray color and font. The pages are pleasing to look at and while each section is small, they have a grid of dots. One downside is that you have to be prepared to write very small, but the grids are helpful in keeping things lined up. I haven't really tried yet, so maybe this will be difficult, but I did also purchase some thin pens and hope that will help.Although there is not a lot of room on the 2 pages for the week, after each week, there are 2 pages for Notes and Do Do Lists, also with a grid in the background. You could use this for more creative journaling or expanding some of the To Dos from the previous pages. There is a packet at the back of the journal. There is also a 6 Month Roles & Goals section, Reading List and 6 Month Bucket List section in the front to help with larger picture goals. Again, you could use this or not depending on your needs.Another neat addition is the planner has page numbers. This is helpful because the planner is undated. You can keep track of your month/weeks/goals, but putting their page numbers in the Notes Index section in the front. Finally, I like that there is an elastic strap around the journal. So, when you put this in your purse or workbag, the pages will not get bent and you could keep an extra sheet or two securely in the planner if needed). So, where is the planner lacking? I would have preferred to have a planner with a hard cover. I find it makes writing on the run much easier (This could have made the book heavier, but I'm okay with that tradeoff). I am slightly worried the paper is thin and pen ink might bleed to the back of the page. I wish there were some tabs, say for Month 1, etc. to keep track in the big and thick planner. Finally, yes, that first typo made a lasting negative impression. But, I overlooked that because it is also a reminder that we are all human.

So in Love with this Planner
The media could not be loaded. I wish I found this planner sooner. I love it!PAPER QUALITYThe pages are nice and thick. My pins do not bleed through the paper.ORGANIZATIONThe organization of this planner is super straightforward. It’s simple but also particular in a way that works well for my needs.DURABILITYThe one I have is the hardcover version. I like that I can toss it into my bag with no worry about pages bending.LAYOUTit includes the full calendar, display, and a weekly display. In the front of the book, it provides you six month goal setting and planning prompts.LENGTH OF TIMEI was originally a bit disappointed to see that it was six months instead of 12, but the way I’m typically over a planned by month 6… there’s probably science to back why six months works best. LolCOSTI suppose the price point is fair. It’s 30 bucks for six months worth of pages. The way my attention span works.OVERALLThis planner is perfect for me. I plan to purchase another one when I run out of pages, and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend.
