It definitely met my expectations based on the budget focused price. I've been using this bike 5 times a week to compute to work and from work for a total of 16 miles daily. I do charge the battery nightly to be certain that I have enough power for the next day. I believe I would be able to get a total of 20-25 miles on one full charge. This bike makes a huge difference in biking up hills that where difficult before on a standard mountain bike. I have cut down my comute time from 50 min to 30 min each 8 mile segment.

I like the bike overall.. yet I noticed that if I was to buy the black bicycle it was a few hundred dollars more.. makes no damn sense.. someone trying to get down on the consumer. Do some research before purchasing. The original seat was like a thong of seats. Very uncomfortable.

My husband found this electric bike for our son. Ebikes can be so expensive! This is a fabulous bike, not just for the great price, but all around. It is extremely well-made, looks fabulous, and gets him all around the region. Excellent battery life! Our son couldn't be happier with it!

I bought this for my father. One of the wheels were not working properly. There customer service is awesome. They had a technician call my dad and they fixed the problem promptly. I would recommend everyone to purchase this bike. My dad loves it.

Update: Contacted customer service and was told to take it to a bike shop to be fixed. It was about a half hour fix at the bike shop and I was refunded the repair money. Customer service was quick and responsive. The bike is awesome now that it works correctly!Put it all together to realize that the back rim was bent. The back rim was already put on the frame by the manufacturer so it was either bent when assembled by manufacturer or during transit. Timing couldn't be worse with it being a gift and Christmas being tomorrow.I have contacted the seller and will update my review accordingly once they remedy the situation.

This is a good ebike, good power. I worry about the brakes.

Very nice purchase, took it out for a ride for a couple hours.... and didn’t want to end the ride, the bike had plenty to go.... however rain started falling ending the rideBut the happy ending is real;)

The seat is very uncomfortable so I had to buy another. I had issues with the front breaks not working properly so I had to make some adjustments to make the breaks work somewhat. The speed on the bike is what I like. Walking to work would take twenty-five minutes and I got there with this electric bike in seven minutes. I got the bike to commute to work instead of driving. I love it! In my opinion it is worth the purchase. Thank you.
