One size doesn't fit all, be prepared to improvise
I can't swear to every unit out there and how it'll fit. I will say though, that for my particular condenser, the holes on the feet were 17 1/4" on center. That's certainly not the fault of these brackets, but there is very limited side-to-side adjustment to account for any offsets needed. More hole options or spacing would go miles towards making this easier to use for a wider variety of users. As it was, I just re-drilled two more holes on each more towards the inner edges of the uprights which allowed me to use lag bolts (sourced separately since it only includes what appear to be masonry anchors and bolts) to screw directly into wall studs through my outside wall. After that, it feels fine, but the fact that I have to modify them to make them fit, when there should easily be more adjustment is a little off-putting. I could even accept having to perhaps just elongate a hole a smidge, but nope. Oh well, they're installed, and seems solid enough.

Pioneer mini split mounting bracket
Use,. Mounting bracket for new pioneer mini split air conditioner.sturdy and well up to the task. However the bolts that are supplied for mounting the external unit were not long enough, they need to be 1/4 - 1/2" longer.

Awful Bracket - Terrible Design
To start, this is a bracket for a concrete wall, despite it not being labeled as such. If you have studs 16" on center you can get it to work but you will most likely have to angle the lag bolts to catch the studs.Once you get it secured with your own lag bolts, if your lucky it will line up to fitting your miniplit. Note: only if you have the 9k minisplit will 16" on center work. Even then, there is little room for adjustment. I suggest bolting a piece of wood to the bracket to ensure when you mount it, it will be at a proper width to attach the minisplit.Once it comes time to attache the mini-split, you will discover two things. The rubber anti vibration washers will be useless because they are not thick enough to keep the metal from touching. You will also notice that 4 washers is not enough. The bolts are too small and can pull through the opening without a washer. So you will need to run to the store to get 4 more washers. While there you should also get some lock washers since this does vibrate and not having lock washers will eventually cause the unit to fall down since it does vibrate constantly. I also suggest using locktite, with or without washers to ensure that a disaster will not happen.Once you make your two trips to the store to first get lag bolts for wood and then going back to get extra washers and loctite, you will have the unit attached.Despite all your effort to level everything off, wrestling with the unit to get it on the bracket, etc. You will stand back to look at your work to find the unit is leaning forward. You will think you did something wrong but then you will notice the bracket itself is not square(look at the photos from other reviews). To square it off you will need more washers to put under the rubber pads, which will actually make them work a bit better, but still a bit of a pointless endeavor because the bolt will still be transferring sound to the metal. .So three trips to the hardware store to make up for the poor quality controll on the part of Pioneer and if you are lucky you will have the unit mounted. If you studs are not 16-17" on center you will need to rip your wall down to add supports. This unit is essentially a cheap alibaba universal bracket that does not work well, if at all, with the pioneer mini split. Pioneer puts there name on it and sells it as a mini split bracket -- not a concrete mini-split bracket, but a mini-plit bracket that is sold as an add on to their mini-splits. I can't trust Pioneer if this is how they do business, completely rebranding crappy products without doing any quality control or even making it sure it fits their products. Stick with Mr Cool, or Blueridge if you want to avoid the headaches. Both of these alternative brands can be trusted.

Sturdier than they look
I hung these on an exterior clapboard wall using a few decking screws and was able to hang my whole 300lb bodyweight from them without them flexing. The lateral strength probably isn't as good but vertical is 10/10. Once you bolt the condenser down that's all that matters.

They work - IF you love the sound of vibration in your house
They work and now that I have them installed, 4 sets, I regret buying them! They carry the vibration of the heat pump into the house and it is a schlep to get that noise to stop. I ordered this, Rubber Studs Shock Absorber Anti Vibration Isolator Mounts - which will arrive tomorrow - and hopefully the vibration sounds carried through the wall will stop! I will thus NOT RECOMMEND them - it's perhaps easier and faster, but substantially more irritating and super frustrating once installed!

Solid, but if you have a 2 ton unit, be prepared for issues
These things are solid, more so that I expected. That said, the hardware included is specific to block or masonry walls, so any other type wall will require you to buy your own hardware and design your own way to hang them.I mounted a 2 ton unit and being at the large end of what these are listed for, they don't seem ideal for the maximum size. The feet on my Pioneer condenser are almost too far apart for the given holes on this unit so the bolts had to be angled to get them through the feet and brackets. The rubber anti vibration feet are too small and the feet don't sit on them, just over them. The mounting holes on the condenser feet are too large for the supplied hardware as the washers and bolts tend to fall into/through the feet holes. I upsized the washers but since the bolts are so short this ended up being problematic. Since the distance between the feet are pushing the limits of the holes in the brackets I couldn't upgrade the bolt size to try to fix this.I would imagine if I were mounting an 18k BTU unit I would love these. But by all accounts with a 24k BTU unit, it seems as though I am at the limit of the brackets design and that's a little unnerving when you're putting it up 8' off the ground.Despite all the issues, they appear to be holding well though to be fair I went *very* heavy in my setup to mount this to a standard cement board/2x4 wall. I would like to find some anti-vibration feet that will work appropriately as well as try again to upgrade the hardware for the feet to feel better about the final setup.

Does not Fit 12k Senville Aura
Very disappointed because it delayed my installation for a week. They are not compatible with a 12k BTU Senville Aura. Please change it in the discription so no one else has this problem.

Distance from back of compressor to wall.
We reversed the bracket as it was too low to the ground for snowfall. It doesn't meet wall distance from compressor instal instructions if you use heat pump mode . Our mini split recommended 12 inches from wall & this bracket gives you 4 inches clearance. We had to shim the unit to make it square and add extra support.

Collapsed and damaged my 9000 btu heat pump JUNK
One of the brackets collapsed as I was installing the heat pump --- way under the 500LB limit. Guess I should have gone for the more expensive one. This was realy flimsy and of course past the return date when I installed it
