No it doesn't. For mostly any set of trucks, you have to buy hardware separate.

Is this post/price for two trucks or just one?

It’s for both, and it has the old pattern hole for older decks as well as the newer decks. I thought it was for just one as well, because everything is so expensive now, and actually have two pairs of these. I built a board for a neighbor’s kid who was always watching “the old man with the beard and grey hair” ride by his house. It’s good exercise and 52yrs old isn’t going to stop me from doing something that I was much better at in my early 20’s. He’s twelve now and his mom and dad keep an eye on our house when we’re gone. I have a bunch of new and vintage decks and I used a Signed Tony Hawk Deck that’s a popsicle deck and not worth that much as they made a lot off them and his dad got him a set of wheels. This gets kids out of the house and doing something besides eating junk food and playing video games on their iPads!

You can't. And it takes forever to get your refund. I got 1 truck too. They had me send it back and sent me a replacement order. It was.... Again 1 truck. Don't waste your time. Have them pay to send it back and go to a more honest vendor.
