Excellent product and does exactly as advertised. I do use around my eyes and no irritation, even with the salicylic formula. It may take a few weeks but definitely notice a reduction in existing milia and comedones as well as some age spots I recommend this product highly and far less expensive than a dermatologist or aesthetician visit!

I only write reviews if I feel strongly one way or another about a product I’ve tested.I’ve had issues with Milia for the last 15 years. I have regular facials and yearly routine visits to the dermatologist. I’ve discussed these issues both with my dermatologist and skin care technician and how to best treat the affected areas. They aren’t as pronounced as some of the reviews (photos) posted but nevertheless, still there. I had more of an issue behind my ears for some reason.After reading the posted reviews I decided to give this product a try. Within 2 days I could feel the difference behind my ears. I’ve used the product now for approximately 2 1/2 weeks every other day and I’m still feeling the difference. Still not completely gone but a noticeable difference. I’ve also used it on my my chin, forehead and under eye areas where the Milia are slightly visible under my skin. I have noticed the areas where I’ve applied the Milia remover have dried my skin which has started to flake some. The Milia are still there (they’ve never been very visible to the naked eye, but I can see them with a magnifier) and I hope with prolonged use, they will eventually disappear. I do believe they are smaller and not as “hard” to the touch.I want to add that I’m 59 years old and have alway taken good care of my skin. I do have to moisturize with an extra heavy night cream when using the Milia remover on my face as it is very drying to the skin.Non irritant, non greasy, and quick to dry. Safe for the eye area.I believe the product works as the Milia have diminished greatly behind my ears.

I was looking for a product to take care of the pesky milia on my daughter's forehead and came across this product. After a couple days of application, we were happy and excited to see great results!! We are not that diligent about using the product and sometimes the milia come back. However, once we start using it again, those stubborn bumps go away! IT IS GREAT!

I’ve had a pretty noticeable milia spot on my eyelid for almost a year. The sight of it bothered me so much. I’ve tried many different products with no luck. After some research on google, I read this product to be effective. I decided to give it a try. I received this product on 9/14/22 and began using it right away and everyday, two to three times a day. By the next week, 9/21/22, I felt the milia spot had hardened and by the end of the day, it had come out! This product has no scent, it didn’t irritate even thou I was applying it to my eyelid. I feel so relieved. I’d say give it a try.

This did not work for my milia (I have 2 around my eye) but it did work to help get a huge white head pimple to get to the surface, popped it and then it helped the appearance of it go away faster, in my opinion. I would not consider buying again at this point but it did work on something I didn’t realize it would work for.

My daughter started getting some teenage break outs which we are managing with regular skin care, but there are some milia spots around her eyes that did not go away with regular washing. I bought this to see how it would help. After 2 weeks, one spot was ready to extract easily. About 2 weeks after the 1st, another was ready. We are trying to be consistent with the application each night, and will watch to see how the final 2 spots will end up. For now, this product has helped tremendously, and will continue to use as it is gentle on her skin, while focusing on the problem area.

I have a lot of milia on my face and I also have sensitive skin.I tend to stay away from any type of exfoliating serum/acid as they tend to burn my skin.Took a chance on this and was very pleasantly surprised! No burning, redness, or discomfort at all.I've been using it 2x a day for about 10 days and wasn't expecting results so quickly. I have noticed some of the larger ones have been removed and I imagine the product will keep working to remove more as the weeks go on.I am not expecting instant results, nor do they promise that. Time and consistency will get my skin back to looking its best.

I have already noticed a difference and have used it for 3 days. I have recommended it to my friends. I wish I had found this product sooner.

This product does not do what it claims to do- ie. Remove milli.

So easy to remove the gel from the nail with thus product. The longer you leave the solution to do the work, the easier it is to remove the gel cleanly and quickly.
