I loved the value for the price. It feels like a real massage with the pressure of the balls rotating on your neck. I’ve have this since 2018 so I can say it’s durable. I even bought another one in 2019 to gift to a friend.It relieves the tension in my neck from sitting at a computer or hunching over my desk. Very easy to use and I absolutely love it!

I am 25. My college gym recently bought an 8000+ dollar massage chair and I was using it daily until my friend introduced me to this product. I have to say it has changed my life. I have so much stress tension built up all over my body. First it worked wonders on my neck and it wasn't until I got a little creative that I realized the potential of this device. I started laying down on the floor and wrapping the handle underneath my body to hold the massager close to my chest, ribs, stomach and groin area. This has been amazing for finding tension and busting it up. I also laid on my side in a fetal position and wrapped the device underneath my arm and massaged my ribs and armpit area. No joke this has been amazing. I also will get underneath my knee and above it and the bottoms of my feet. I can not express how grateful I am for this thing. If you order it and do not see benefit you are not using it correctly. My friend bought this for his girlfriend who has lots of back and neck issues but she doesn't seem to understand how to use the device or just doesn't care for it. I have made a daily routine to use this in the morning and night time. In combination with practices like tai chi and yoga I think it offers great potential for healing. Thank you.

I will start this by saying I expect a LOT from massages. I have a membership at a massage place and still leave feeling "eh" most of the time. BUT...I have 2 young kids and have NO me time for said appointments. So I purchased this. THANK GOODNESS I DID! It goes FAR BEYOND your neck and shoulders! This thing is SURPRISINGLY strong with it's kneading and you can control how deep it goes by how much pressure you apply with the handles to the specific body part. The Heat feature is PHENOMENAL. It doesn't get too hot and if you don't like it, you simply shut that part off. The vibration feature is very relaxing. I was working on my lower back and my husband who was also sitting on the couch could feel the vibration! I LOVE the car plug feature for long commutes and road trips. I suggest trying to wrap it around your leg to focus on your Gluteus muscles....GREAT for someone who stands all day! I also started on my neck and inched it down in segments to my lower back. Then, I put 1 arm over my shoulder and the other under my armpit (like when drying your back with a towel) to hit my scapula.....HEAVEN! I even did a foot massage! The manual gives great suggestions on how to use it all over. This will now be how I spend the 30 minutes I get kids free before bed. GREAT FIND.

It's great! I work in device repair and sales so I alternate between being on my feet while bending to carry heavy objects and sitting hunched over a gutted phone doing meticulous work on tiny components. There are spots on my neck and top of my shoulders that I could just sit and have rubbed for hours. My fiance doesn't have that kind of finger stamina. This does 🙂 It has heat and 3 different speeds and the actual massage alternates directions on multiple axes of shiatsu-style rollers so the motion doesn't get too repetitive, keeps things moving nicely. The hand vibration is nice, it helps relax my hands which have been likely crammed into any manner of phone or tablet all day trying to replace wifi antenna cables or something else smaller than some freckles I have. Ultimately a great product. The only negative I have is that you HAVE to keep your hands in the pockets to keep it on your neck as it isn't designed to be weighted for balance but effect. Your hands or forearms in the front pockets (like a t-rex) are pretty much required to keep it on your neck or around your shoulders. It's meant to be guided and held in place by the user so I don't count this against the product but it's worth noting for busy bodies who like their full range of motion available to them while they use these types of things.

This is a strong massager!! It is larger than I expected, but that makes it better and gives it more uses!The neck massager is very strong. It has three settings to allow for a soft, medium, or harder massage. I like all three settings and don't feel that the hardest is too hard at all. To change the speeds it is very simple. All of the controls are on the front of the massager and can easily be reached. In addition to the massaging balls you can also add heat to the neck portion of the massager. I found the heat to be a great addition. I sit on the couch and enjoy the massager on my neck often.In addition to the neck massager there is also two loops on the front that allow you to put your hands inside and turn on a vibrate setting. The hand loops allow you not only to get a hand massage, but you can also pull the unit closer to your kneck to really get a deep tissue massage or release the pulling pressure to make it lighter.I have used this on my middle and lower back as well. Just slide it down your back and sit down against the couch or a chair and it works just as well on your back! The massaging balls are great for lower lumbar massage and can be positioned in any way to match your comfort.Overall I really think this is a great massager. The fact that I can use it on my neck AND back really makes it worth the price.
