Setting up the ZooBoo Wing Chun Kung Fu Wall Bag was a breeze, but I must admit there was a bit of a mess when filling it with rice. However, I quickly realized that was my oversight. Once properly filled, the bag showcased its durability and reliability during my kickboxing and striking workouts. Despite my initial hiccup, the ZooBoo Wall Bag proved to be an excellent training partner, living up to its reputation for quality and resilience. I recommend putting some tape over the zipper to help secure the bag further from spillage

This thing is strong and I mean strong strongFilled it with Jasmine rice took me about a week or so to use it, but once I did, it brings back some nostalgia of hitting the rice bags with both my uncles learning wing chun and sanda 🥰I want to get the three bag one😊Will definitely be purchasing all my bags from hereWado from an arts obsessed Cherokee 🥰

Wasn't what I was expecting, but the product works well. I practice kungfu hand techniques on the bag and it holds very well. Be aware that no sand filling is included. Rice, beans, or actual sand can be used to fill the bag. I used three bags of rice becuase I didn't have sand and it works just as well. I would suggest to buy this if you are looking for a device to help practice forms or hardening the hands using techniques.
