Q: If my 8 year old daughter wears a size 2.5 in shoes what size should I get for her?

My son wears a kids 2.5 to a 3 in shoes and I ordered a small and they work well.

Q: My son wears size 6 shoe what size do I get? the teen size 7.5

In my opinion, there isn’t really a size since they fit just the heel. I bought the biggest size for my son (men’s size 9) and I use them as well (women’s size 8.5). They’re seriously our favorite insoles.

Q: I’m looking for a kids insert to help my daughters shoes from slipping up and down on her heel. Would these work or any suggestions would be great?!

You can change how you lace the shoe to prevent heel slippage. Look it up on google. There are different lacing techniques for different foot styles.
