not as good as the fresh lemon
We used it instead of fresh lemon zest in a recipe we cook often. The good lemony flavor was lacking. We were hoping that using it would save us some time and work with the fresh lemons, but the time it save is not worth the lack of flavor. We are going back to the real lemon.
