I've been using Asus routers forever and they are great, stable and never drops a signal! They last for many years... I have these connected in a mesh network with the XD6 and they work perfectly! But to get the most of them is to have them connected via ethernet and not wireless! If you prefer wireless then get the XT8 which is a triband!

The Duo serves the purpose and are amazing. I Used it for our office internet where 20 computers and more than 100 other online devices are connected with super fast speed. I would have thought to take ET12 instead of XT but as you know that model is a bit expensive than the XT12. I loved the products and will recommend for any small or medium size organization. Product Quality and coverage is Excellent. You can configure both the routers and master or one as master and another slave. Currently if you purchase, first update the firmware and then use. Five stars for the coverage and quality.

I ordered a NetGear RBKE963 with international delivery to UAE and it was unusable due to 110VAC power adapter, ordered the ASUS ET12 as an alternative. Double glazed windows with tinting attenuate WiFi signal strength, and these devices not only deliver poor Wi-Fi performance out doors, the latest firmware update disconnects my printer, IPTV and TV from the Wi-Fi. If you’re living in a multi story house made out of concrete or bricks forget about getting these. Get a professional unit and hardwire it as these units will simply not give any signal. Had high hopes after glorious reviews but they are not up to the job. Returning all three units.

Fails like a chinese low quality router. It shouldn’t it is expensive.

I'm located in Florida; USA and I purchased this product because it had great reviews. Upon receiving the product, I notice that it came with only one US power cable that is not compatible with the power supply that comes with the units. The other power cable provided are for outside the US. The product comes with two units, and I currently have no way to power them up.

I have upgrade to this mesh system from my GS AX5400 and GS AX3000.Honestly it was really worth it.The WiFi speed has increase and use a full potential of my broadband.Apart speed the stability is amazing.Definitely will recommended.

Dopo notti insonni a guardare recensioni in giro per il web, con test di performance vari, ho optato per una coppia di XT12. Ogni device puo' essere configurato sia come Router sia come Nodo. La copertura e' veramente ampia, installato router al 3 piano, al 1 piano il segnale e' ancora buono. Si vede che ha 10 antenne. Il segnale ovviamente e' un po' disperso ma cmq a distanza di 2 piani mi arrivano tra i 300 e i 400 Mbps, su un segnale iniziale di 900Mbps. Una volta ripartiti correttamente per casa in centro al 3 piano e in centro al 1 piano, tutta la casa risulta coperta. Stabilita' massima, molto meglio che il range extender che avevo prima o anche connettendosi direttamente al router del gestore internet. Supporta VLAN (!!!) quindi possibile creare reti dedicate se si ha IoT o impianti di videosorveglianza. Supporta interfaccia via app per gestire con molta semplicita', e via web veramente avanzata per chi vuole configurare nel dettaglio impostazioni granulari. Se ti arrivano ospiti a casa gli crei una guest network senza dargli la tua "vera" password del wifi con scadenza a tempo... In tutta onesta' non capisco le recensioni negative. Prodotto non eccellente, ma STRATOSFERICO! 5 stelle piene e meritatissime.

Non è certo un prodotto economico, però mantiene le promesse : facilità nell'installazione, stabilità rete wifi, copertura ottima. Vivamente consigliabile per chi vuole potenziare la sua rete wifi di casa.

I have a Virgin 360 router in modem mode, and originally had a TP-Link device connected as the main WiFi router, with 3 other wifi6 range extenders around the house. I still had connection issues.So, I changed to this ET12, an Amazon Warehouse deal. Initially I thought I'd made a big mistake, I just couldn't get it to connect to the Internet, I thought the WAN port was dead and thought it was because of the Warehouse "deal". Like someone sent it back faulty! I was just about to give up, had one last Google for help, and found my fix! It just needed the Virgin router rebooting after switching the TP-Link with the Asus. Silly me! So hours of cursing and ET12 reboots, and running through every possible setting for nothing!After the Virgin modem/router reboot, the Asus sprang into life. Light on the top goes white indicating a good Internet connection.I have just this ET12 now in the lounge, I was prepared to buy another one for the back of the house. But not necessary - the speeds are amazing all over the house for me with just the one ET12.I have Virgin 1gbps, and was going to complain to Virgin about the service because with the TP-Link I wouldn't get more than 500mbps anywhere in the house.Now, in my son's room (the furthest point and with a wired connection going via two switches and via the loft) he gets 800mbps plus. The ET12 can also run a speed check via the app, that hits 1.15gbps. So all in all, a massive improvement to my old setup. (which was also an AX11000 6E device)So, at the moment I'm extremely happy. My phone even gets 700mbs plus on WiFi.Time will tell, I'm now waiting for the kids to give me feedback, they are the data consumers in our house so they are good for the testing side of things😂Also, the ET12 is quite a bit smaller than I was expecting. And the Amazon deal said packaging would be damaged, but packaging and device were immaculate.So from what I've seen so far, I'd definitely recommend the ET12.
