Engstler Quartz Cuckoo Clock Black Forest House with Moving Miner and Mill Wheel, with LED-Light and Music

The front facia wasn't attached to the clock and was just barely hanging on. Also, the back cover plate was warped and I had difficulty in removing it to install the batteries! Even more difficult was trying to get the back plate in place and attached to the clock. It was so terribly warped! I'm not certain that I will ever be able to get the back cover off again to replace the batteries. I have owned several cuckoo clocks before, and none of them had any problems.

Clock works perfectly. Detail is excellent. Love the echo when the cuckoo sings every hour. Worth every penny.

I do love this clock but when I received it I had to glue 5 pieces back on. I would highly recommend this but they need to be better with packing.
