New to Yoga, and my instructor recommended these to me to help with my range and flexibility.The blocks are quite sturdy (I'm a 200 lbs male soon to be Yogi 🙏), light weight, and have a nice feel to them. They will definitely help you with your poses and positions.The straps are pretty good quality too and easy to use with its wire buckle system and easy to loop and unstrap quickly. The strap width works well, my last set was way too narrow and found that it dug into me leaving marks and bruises.I'm happy with the quality of this product, I would recommend it.Delivery was fast and decent packaging, nothing damaged or missing.

The wonderful gift arrived early and our daughter LOVES them!!!!! Great strap, case, and blocks are excellent quality and the colors are bright - just what she wanted! Love these two great quality blocks and two different straps - one for stretching and another one for carrying your Yoga mat and bottle. It is convenient for me to pack away with my bag. I am a beginner for a Yoga, and the instructions and website provide great information on how to use the blocks and straps for exercises. The exercise tips exceed the value of the product paid for the product.

Great block but a little soft. The straps are awesome and have a little tie to make them easier to store! Great products overall!

I just started doing yoga and loved it so much I decided to invest in the blocks and strap. I ordered three sets and each one was individually wrapped. I've been really meaning to get my health in check recently and I've wanted to try out this product because I've been really enjoying Yoga. I love it! It really helps me with all these new poses and because it's so easy to carry I can bring it anywhere.
