Gym tape
Pretty happy with this tape. This is the second I've purchased and used to tape gym mats together in a home gym. The first time I used this tape was in 2022 on a different home gym floor, then worked out on it daily for a full year, before having to move. The tape and gym mats stayed in place. I had a water rower, a Marcy 9010g rack, two flat benches, and a dumbbell rack on the mats and pulled equipment across the tape all the time. It withstood everything I gave it. I'd recommend this tape to others for their home gyms.

warning it has a strong petroleum smell and is very tough to pull off the rollonce attached it seems to heat shrink somehow to make a form fitting seal

EXACTLY what we needed to solve our problem.
We purchased interlocking mats to use for Taekwondo home training. They aren’t made to go on top of carpet but that’s where we needed them. No matter what we did they kept pulling apart. Out of desperation I started looking on line for a solution. I found it. This tape has done exactly what I needed it to. We decided to put it on the underside of the mat and I’m glad we did. We put it on every seam in a basket weave pattern. The trickiest thing was getting the mat turned back over after it was taped because the ceilings are fairly low.We ordered 2 rolls for a 10 x 12 area. We did all seams and went around the perimeter to secure the edge pieces. We have just under 1/2 a roll left.
