Seems to work? No test to prove it.
I noticed it worked immediately for sleep, muscle relaxation and endurance, better mood, more blood clotting from the vitamin K. For me that’s good, but for some it may be bad. It depends on your individual condition. I cut the patch into quarters because it is such a massive dose. The company doesn’t test for toxins or purity though, so I’m using occasionally. I’m not a fan of the type of calcium or magnesium however either. Every body is different, so you may love it. I will keep using occasionally. I love the idea of a patch vitamin and it seemed to have instant results. But I haven’t had any tests done to prove bone absorption from this patch alone. I do enjoy sleeping like a rock and having less muscle pain and fatigue from this patch for sure.

Convenient
These should be working well. I mean if nicotine patches and pain patches work, no reason why these don't work either. Just waiting for my next bl^^d test to confirm. Stays on well, I forget they are even on, very convenient.
