Anyone know a part number or source for the mate to the two pin "white" spindle connector?

Hi sir: The white pin is for connecting to step motor while the blue one for spindle of higher power.

This board won't support a 40w laser? How do I add my 40w laser to this?

A CO_2 lased would have a external supply and TTL trigger for pulse. LED 40W are rare and expensive. China eBay lasers advertised as 40W are likely 10 - 15W actual output power at best. I'm sure the unit will drive a 40W pulse at around 90% duty. ~ around 36W.
