This replacement cap did the trick. It fit perfectly and was easy to install but looks like it won’t last the summer. But for a quick inexpensive replacement it worked fine.

Fits 100 Qt Coleman White Marine Cooler
Used this to replace the assembly on my white 100 qt. Coleman Marine Cooler that I could not find replacement parts for. Was worried that it wasn’t going to fit. But in just a few minutes, I tightened everything by hand as tight as I could, filled it with water, and waited. No drips, no leaks. It worked like a charm, and did not cost me a new cooler.
