Drone didn't recognise battery refund not as easy as expected until I called Amazon direct
Drone didn't recognise battery even though it was clearly fully charged so tried to return, was informed had to post it with tracking at my expense to amazon Slovakia, needless to say I called Amazon who quickly gave a full refund.

Find they won’t hold a charge after first charge very disappointing considering the price why haven’t I heard back over this issue ?
