Interesting game
Game is very different from, but could be compared to Othello, Qoridor, or Go.At first it seems like it might be too simple, and easy to win... but each game you learn how to shut the door on the other player, and how to open a new door when the other player shuts the door, and then you learn how to slam that door in their face.... it is worth the time to play it.

Feels like the next game from the makers of tic tac toe!
Unfortunately, this game does not have considerable replayability. Often once one-side makes a single bad move, they usually have lost and just concede the loss. I just think you rarely get to the end of a game. The rules are simple in that there is an 11x11 grid and you take turns placing your hexagonal piece anywhere on the board. Again, after a few times playing or watching some YouTube videos, there are some strategies that once known make the game seem less fun (kind of like Clue). The best part of this game is the quality of the pieces and board. Everything is made of real wood and feels very substantial. Can’t complain about the actual build and the orange and blue color scheme is attractive. I highly recommend making a rule that both sides have to keep playing until there is a winner because after the first few plays, the player who clearly ends up on the losing end will likely quit early and it just takes some of the fun out of the game. I would search for “hex game” if you want to see what the rules and gameplay are like or look at the instruction page I added a picture of. The rules are simple, but you can definitely see there is some underlying strategy. Again, once both players know that strategy though, it comes down to making a single mistake that ruins your ability to win. Due to the short duration of which you can play this with someone before someone doesn’t want to keep playing, I cannot give this 5/5. Also, the box indicates this is for players 14 or older, but I really think you could and probably should get this for younger players as the next step after tic tac toe and checkers.

A quick fun game for everyone
It's a quick game everyone can learn and enjoy almost instantly with its simple rules. There is practically no set up required. The board doesn't even need to be taken out of the box which is designed to be used just like that. The only thing that bothers me is thay the surface of the board is so smooth, the pieces slide around and break the layout.
