Best psyllium brand
This is simply powdered psyllium, but that is what makes it work. I have added psyllium to my diet for about 25 years. My whole digestive system works better with it. My cholesterol dropped 30 points when I first started using it. This is my favorite brand of all the kinds I have ever used.
