I absolutely love this product - it is convenient, works well, easy to use, and has a great selection of colors! I was a little skeptical at first, but this is an absolute game changer for people who make their coffee at home via Keurig, Nespresso, etc ... I hate waiting for my coffee to cool down so that the ice doesn't melt and water down my beverage. It is also excellent for mixed drinks, wine, beer etc., anything that needs to be cooled immediately without compromising the quality or watering it down. It's an excellent product and the price is unbeatable! I haven't had any issues with this product and I use it daily.

This product worked great the first time. Easy to use, it works within 90 seconds and its size can produce approximately 24 ounces before needing to be refrozen. However when I went to use it the second time after refreezing it, the plastic outer cup had cracked as shown in the photo causing the ice that has melted to leak out. I followed the instructions on filling to but not past the fill line so I’m not sure why this happened. Because the outside cup cracked it is rendered useless because the outer cup holds the water to be frozen. If this design is updated to a material other than plastic this would make a fantastic product.

These things are awesome. They work exactly as described. 1 arrived broken but they sent me a replacement.

Purchased 11.5 months ago; used for about 8 months, and no more than a dozen times. I was careful to fill it without overfilling. When I've cleaned and refilled, I noticed that sometimes the ice chambers have been infiltrated with coffee, so there may have also been some leakage around the threads when in use. Went to use it today, and there is a huge split in the outer container. Note: I never brewed directly into the HyperChiller; always a secondary transfer. I also did not put it in the dishwasher. However, HyperChiller says both of those things can be done. So if anything, I was more careful with it than I had to be, and it still failed. If I purchase another one, I will try the stainless version. While it does still have the plastic threads, there is not the same risk of a rupture of the outer container.
