Bronte at home: Baking from the ScandiKitchen

Read in the library and wanted to make many of the recipes. Like her series. Hard to find first book in print Fika and Hygge which has many of these recipes. But there are new ones in this book.

As a half - Dane who regularly buys hard-to-get Danish foods in England, how could I resist this? My mother made herself an ancient recipe book that's now so old & bespattered that much is not still readable so to have the familiar recipes in this lovely new form is a sheer delight!

Lovely book with lots of pictures of the cakes. buns, etc at an excellent price and delivered very promptly. Excellent service.

this cook book is a real treasure. the recipes are accompanied by photos of each one. such a good resource for scandinavian baking.

There are 2 go-to recipes I use from this book. Must buy!
